The course takes place in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China during one academic year. You live in one of Hyllie Park’s apartments in the city. The course is given in close cooperation with the Scandinavian-Chinese Culture Centre TC/G Nordica, at which practical training (Stage/ Gallery/ etc.) is a part of the course. www.tcgnordica.com Teaching is in Swedish and English and you meet both Swedish and Chinese teachers. The course aims to inspire young people aged 20 and over, to gain experience of studying in an international environment, while giving time in voluntary work at TC/G Nordica.

The Hyllie Park's Culture Course in China is unique since it gives opportunity for close contact with Chinese society. The culture students are the main Scandinavian presence at the center throughout the year and are expected to meet visitors at the center in different kinds of culture exchanges, as well as to be responsible for activities/performances celebrating Scandinavian major holidays.
